a National Cancer Institution (NCI) supported network of medical centers, scientists, and investigators who are working collaboratively in the common mission to improve cancer outcomes through optimizing radiation therapy in combination with anti-cancer agents. This global initiative links leading well-established cancer centers together, supported through a series of National Institute of Health grants, where teams of accomplished investigators work together to study the complex biology behind radiation therapy as a backbone within cancer treatments.
